Occasionally you may be unable to accommodate a particular booking.
To cancel a booking:
- Reach out to the customer using their contact details in Connect and try to reschedule to a slot that suits you both. If however, a cancellation becomes unavoidable, you can:
- Find the booking, either in the calendar or through the email alert you received.
- Click onto the appointment to see the full details.
- Click 'Cancel Appointment'. You'll be asked to review some details before continuing.
