To add a new service to the menu:
- Go to 'Menu' in Connect.
- Choose which group your service would go in based on the treatment groups – these are the different tabs at the top of the page – and click the one you want to add a service in. If you can’t find the right group for you, you can create a new one by selecting ‘+ Add a group’ at the bottom of your menu.
- Click '+ Add new service' and in the pop-up select 'Service' and a list will appear. Type in the search box or browse through the list and choose the service you want to add. If your service isn’t listed, once you’ve typed it in you’ll see the option to ‘+Add custom service’.
- Now fill in the details – add the ‘Service title’ and select which team members are able to carry out this service (if you’re creating your own ‘custom service’ you’ll need to add your treatment type too – so choose which group it best fits in).
- Next, add the price of the service and how long it lasts. If you’ve got a sales price you’d like to include, you can add this now too. Then if you’re happy, click 'Save'.
You can add extra info too in the ‘Description’ section – such as products used, extras included or how to prepare for the treatment – which will help potential customers decide if it’s the right choice for them.
