What is the successful booking score?
The successful booking score is the percentage of bookings that have been completed without the need to cancel or reschedule. This is calculated over the last 2 months of your bookings, so you always have the opportunity to improve it.
Where can you find yours?
You can monitor your successful booking score in Connect under Dashboard, Goals. We will also be updating you in your monthly performance email so you can keep track of just how well you’re doing.
Why is it important?
The higher your successful booking score is, the easier you’ll be able to be found on Treatwell. This is because we want to make sure that we send customers to salons who are most likely to complete the booking. So the higher your score, the more likely you are to be found by customers, and the more bookings you will get.
What can you do to improve it?
Here are our 3 top tips for how to improve your score:
- Make sure your calendar is up to date so that whenever Treatwell sends you bookings, your team are available;
- Block out lunch hours and holidays to avoid any confusion;
- Encourage your team to download the Connect app so that they can update their availability on the go.
