Whether your customers are using a TW guest account, full account or they're completely new users, the two of you are connected easily with one another.
Navigating your menu on the App
We’ve improved the main menu on your Connect App on both Android and iOS, so if you’re an App user (and you probably are - it is 2019, after all), then you’ll be happy to know we’ve created a cleaner, smarter user experience for you. We redesigned the bottom menu (it looks real nice) and we updated the marketing and products tab (this now leads you to products and orders directly).
Top tip: you can set different levels of access to your employees by adjusting permissions on your team settings in Connect.
