How do I create a marketing email?

1. Click into ‘Clients’ on Connect and your full client list will appear.
2. On the top right by ‘Last Visit’ you will see a funnel icon allowing you to filter who the email will be sent to.
3. Select the time period (e.g. clients who last visited more than 90 days ago) and in the bottom left corner, you will see the number of results this filter returns.
4. Next, select ‘send email’ and you will be able to compose an email to send to these clients.

It’s important to note that clients do have the opportunity to opt out of receiving promotional emails. Emails will thereby be received by customers who have opted in, making sure you don't alienate your clients by sending them unwanted communications.
