Occasionally, a new customer might book more than one appointment with you for the coming weeks.
When making their bookings, if the customer hasn't yet visited your salon for an appointment, both bookings will be subject to a new customer commission rate.
This is because a new client's booking must be made and completed before they'll be defined as a repeat client.
Of course, this only applies to customers booking through the marketplace. For bookings made via your “Book Now” buttons on your social media, partner site, Google listing or website, you’re only ever charged a 2% processing fee (+ VAT) or nothing at all!
