Introducing a better, more accurate way to identify repeat clients
In the past, when clients booked you on Treatwell, they were asked if they’ve been to your salon before.
If they said ‘Yes’, they were considered a repeat client, and their booking was commission-free to you. (As a reminder – we only charge commission on new clients we bring to your salon through Treatwell).
But this wasn’t the best way to go about this – so we’re introducing a better, more advanced, and much more accurate alternative.

Patch test reminders have arrived
Patch testing is a crucial step in preventing allergic reactions and protecting your business from any problems they could create.
But we know that it isn’t always easy to manage, especially if you offer several treatments that need patch testing.
This is why we’re introducing some changes in Connect to make it easier to book and track it.
First up – automated patch test reminders. Sent as text messages, they let your clients know they may need to book a patch test if they’ve not done one recently.
