If you’ve decided to move on from your business, we'll be happy to transfer the Treatwell account ownership over to the new business owners. It's good to note that we can only change the ownership of accounts that are Limited (Ltd.) companies. If your salon isn't a Ltd. company, you'll need to close your account, and the new owner can sign up to Treatwell individually.
So that we can make sure that both parties are in agreement, we need to receive written confirmation from both sides.
The current owner of the account should contact us in writing, providing:
- The name of the salon
- That they agree to transfer the ownership
- The email address and phone number that they used to sign up to Treatwell
- The name, email address and phone number of the person that will be taking over the account
- The date that the changes will come into effect
Then, from the new account owner, we'll also need in writing:
- The name of the salon
- That they agree to take ownership of the account
- The name, email address and phone number of the person that they are taking over from
- Their own name, email address, phone number
- The date that the changes will come into effect
Once we've received that information, our account management team will be in contact to complete the process.
