Being able to manage your availability quickly and efficiently means less time at your desk and more time doing what you do best. Once you know how to block out your unavailable time, and start adding your direct or walk-in appointments to Connect, you’ll need to know how to unblock your agenda for when things change.
Removing a block from your calendar
If the block that you’ve added is a one-time event, click on it in Connect, and the red delete button will show in the bottom left corner.
If the block you have set up is a recurring event when you click “Delete” you’ll see the option of deleting just this one block, or all future occurrences.
If the time in your calendar is unavailable because of your salon working hours or staff rota, you’ll need to update your availability in the respective area of Connect so that the calendar turns from grey to white and you can start receiving bookings.
