Here are our top tips:
1) Ask regulars to book and manage their appointments online
You’ll be delighted to be back providing the treatments you love, and you’ll want to ensure the client experience is second to none. Dashing away from your client to answer the phone, reply to a Whatsapp, or respond to a Facebook message are all interruptions for you and for the client.

2) Extend your opening hours
If you can open earlier, close later, or can safely socially distance with more of the team working, that’s a great way to maximise revenue.

4) Encourage clients to book in advance to secure their appointment

5) Double check your menu and make any changes now
Now’s your chance to make sure your menu is looking tip-top. Think about what’s right for your business now - do you need to streamline services to keep things simple, or do you want to add in new treatments, festive packages, or special offers to entice clients to spend more?
