Save time with a shareable reschedule link
If a client calls or emails to change their booking, looking for a new time that works for you both can be inconvenient (especially if you’re with another client!).
This is why there’s now a link you can quickly copy and send to your clients who want to reschedule.
They’ll be able to view your up to date availability and reserve a new time slot that works for them.
All you need to do is open their booking in the Connect app, and follow these steps to share a reschedule link.
This feature is currently available on iOS devices (Android users – we're working on it!).
You can now assign team members and pricing options when creating services
Adding new services just got better! While before you needed to wait until you’ve created a service to add team members and set your pricing options, you can now do it as you’re adding services.
This means you don’t need to go back to a service to add these details, making things a little easier when you’re updating your menu.
This feature is currently available on the desktop version of Connect.
We’ve created a downloadable COVID-19 consultation form for you
COVID-19 consultation forms help keep you, your team, and your clients safe.
To help you make things a tad easier when you reopen, we’ve created a simple COVID-19 consultation form template. You can download it here.
Here’s how to build your own online consultation form so that clients can fill it out before coming in.
We've launched a Payment Protection trial
We know that feeling financially protected from no-shows and late cancellations is incredibly important to you, so we’ve launched a Payment Protection trial!
Payment Protection is a scheme designed to protect you from lost revenue. It will cover you in instances where clients don’t show up or cancel last minute by still charging them for the appointment they booked. Find out how Payment Protection works here.
Payment Protection is only available to a small number of UK partners right now. Once we’ve trialled it and collected enough feedback, we’re hoping to make it available to everyone.
