Keeping your bank details up to date helps make sure that you receive the money you’ve earned for appointments booked and paid for through Treatwell.
When these details are missing in Connect, we don’t know which account to send your money to, causing delays in getting your payments.
Make sure you enter your bank details as soon as you sign up – and always keep them up to date.
To update your bank details:

On your laptop or desktop, go to Settings in Connect

On the left-hand side, go to "Finance"

At the top of the page, you'll see "Bank Details"

Fill in your details carefully, checking for errors

Don't forget to press "Save" at the bottom of the page
If you forget to update your bank details before we send you your first invoice, add them as soon as you can – and any outstanding payment will be added to your next invoice.
To update your billing address:
You should also make sure you enter your billing address into Connect. It will appear on each of your invoices and is important for your accounting.

Go to Settings in Connect

On the left-hand side, go to "Finance"

At the top of the page, click "Business Details"

Fill in your details, including your VAT number if you have on

Press "Save".
Remember, any team members with finance permissions have the ability to access and change these details.
