When potential clients search for a salon online, one of the main things they look for is customer reviews.
Seeing lots of great verified reviews makes them more likely to trust you, and can ultimately increase the number of bookings you get.
Collecting verified reviews with Treatwell Connect is easy, thanks to our Automated Messaging tool.
All you need to do is include client details (their email and phone number) when entering appointments in your Connect calendar – and we’ll make sure they’re always asked for a review, without you having to worry about it.
What will your clients receive?
Soon after their appointment ends, your clients will get an email asking them how it was.
They’ll be able to leave a review in their own words, as well as rate their experience in more detail (like how their stylist was, and what the atmosphere was like).
Anyone who books you through Treatwell, your Book Now buttons or your booking widget already receives these review requests (If this feature is disabled in Connect, we won't invite your direct or widget clients to review).
Are these emails GDPR compliant?
These emails are transactional (they're sent as part of the booking), so GDPR rules don't apply here. This means you don't need to worry – you won’t need to ask for your clients’ marketing consent to send them.
Make sure review requests are sent automatically by enabling this feature in the Automated messaging tab in Connect.
