Timing of the invites
The timing of each 'Invite to rebook' email and SMS is based on:
- Your client’s booking history for the treatment they’ve had at your salon (the more appointments you add, the more accurate the algorithm gets!)
- If there is not enough information on this, we look at how often someone would typically book this treatment.
