How to switch over to Connect
Changing from one salon management system to another can be daunting – whether that system is a notebook or another software. But you can switch over to Connect in just four steps:
1) Decide when you’ll switch over
Choose a date from which you want to start managing your appointments in Connect – then add all appointments scheduled from that date onwards.
This way, you’ll have everything in one place – and anyone who books you through Treatwell will only be able to fill your free slots.
Make sure you block out your Connect calendar until that date, so clients can’t book you before then (your availability won’t be up to date and this could lead to double bookings).

2) Upload your client list to avoid paying for repeat bookings
We never charge commission on repeat clients – only when a brand new client books you through Treatwell.
Adding your clients to Connect helps us identify your repeat clients, and make sure you don’t pay commission on their bookings.
We will, of course, ask every client if they've been to your salon before when they’re booking you through Treatwell – but uploading a client list is more accurate.
