Whether you’re moving away from pen and paper or switching to Connect from another software, making the move is easy.
In this article, we’ve laid out the process so that you know what to expect as you become a Treatwell partner (and start using Connect to work beautifully.

Sign up with Treatwell
The first step is signing up with Treatwell. You can do this through our partner website. Just enter a few details about your business – and we’ll create an account for you.
This will only take a few minutes – and once you’ve signed up, you’ll need to head straight to Connect to set up your profile.
Set up your profile in Connect
The next step is completing your set-up in Connect. Grab your laptop and log in to Connect to get started. We’ll take you through what needs to be done.
Most of the information you enter at this stage will be visible on your Treatwell profile (as well as when someone types your salon name into Google) – so make sure you fill in all the information we prompt you to provide. This includes adding your opening hours, your team, your services, and availability.

Get listed on Treatwell
Once you’ve finished setting up your profile, you can request to get listed on Treatwell.
When you do so, our team will review your profile to make sure everything looks good – and will get in touch within 2-3 business days.
You’ll then either need to complete a few final steps that our team will take you through – or they’ll simply get in touch to confirm that you’ve been listed on Treatwell, and are ready to start accepting bookings!
