In these uncertain times, we want to make it easy for you to access all the information you need to calculate and report your loss of earnings to the authorities.
That’s why we’ve created a report that includes all your cancellations and no-shows due to COVID-19. This report can be downloaded instantly from the Reports tab. Unlike other reports, it's download-only, so you won’t be able to view it in Connect.
What’s included in the report?
- Booking date
- Order reference
- Appointment date
- Service name
- Appointment value
- Appointment status
- Cancellation date
- Cancellation reason (Unable to attend due to Coronavirus concerns)
If you need any other information, you can find the booking in Connect using order reference. If you can’t see the order reference for a booking in the report, that means it was a direct appointment.
How can I download the report?
Open the web version of Connect, then head to ‘Reports’, and click ‘COVID-19 Cancellations’. Choose the time period you want to generate the report for by selecting the from and to dates, then click ‘Download’.
