How to keep your clients coming back
Adding clients to Connect may not seem that important right now, but it is an absolute must if you want to give your marketing efforts a boost. The more clients you have in Connect, the wider your marketing reach (and the louder your announcement that your doors are back open). Our product team have prebuilt a free ‘Back in Business’ campaign, which is a quick and easy way to let your clients know you're open again. The campaign is multi-platform (it can be sent via email, text message, push notification, or shared as a prewritten Facebook post). Why not send it today? You can find it by heading to Connect on desktop and clicking on Marketing, then Campaigns. You can only send the campaign once – so make sure you add all your clients (and their details) to Connect before you send.
Attracting new clients
Again, we know that many partners will freeze discounts all together and even need to increase prices over the coming period. Others may choose to apply discounts liberally over the coming weeks and months. If you know you would like to update or introduce discounting for your business we offer three main ways for you to manage this and they can always be added or removed at any time. You might want to consider
