Add a ‘Book Now’ button on your Facebook in a few clicks
Adding a ‘Book Now’ button to your salon’s Facebook page is a fantastic way to get bookings straight through your social media. It’s easy, convenient, and quick for clients to book – which is what makes it so effective in getting people through the door.
And now, adding this button to your Facebook page is easier than ever. All you need to do is open Connect on desktop, head to the Marketing tab, then click Facebook. You’ll see a green Add ‘Book Now’ button – click that, then follow the easy steps to set it up.
Showcase your amazing skills with ‘Our Work’ gallery
People often want to get a feel for a salon and the quality of work before they book – and that's exactly what 'Our Work' is for. The new gallery automatically showcases your portfolio images under your service list, so that clients can see what you and your team do best as they look through your page.
The feature provides an easy way to show your portfolio images to a wider audience. It pulls a set of pictures from your team member's profiles so that everyone gets a chance to stand out for what they do best. To make the most of the gallery, make sure you and your team add photos of the work you're most proud of to your portfolios.
Tag your portfolio images so that clients can easily book the same service
Your photos can now be tagged with a service, making it easy for clients to see which of your skills you’re showcasing – and know what to book so they can have the same treatment. In the future, clients will also be able to filter by service – so the sooner you start tagging your portfolio images, the better.
We’re also now allowing more than 9 photos to be uploaded per team member so there’s an even better chance to get noticed. This is available on both iOS and Android devices.

The app is now available in Russian, Vietnamese and Portuguese – even more languages to choose from
Non-working hour slots are now darker so that it's easier to tell when someone isn't working
We've recently introduced a quicker way to add time off – and it's now also available on Android. Just tap on a non-working time slot for the team member, then tap 'Add time off'
