Festive Wishes campaign is back
By popular request, the Festive Wishes campaign is back for 2019! You can now show your clients some love by sending them a warm and festive email, which you’ll find in the ‘Marketing’ tab. Thank them for choosing your salon – and invite them to book you on Treatwell one last time in 2019 (sooner rather than later!).
Tip: Add all your clients to Connect before you send out the campaign to make sure you don’t miss anyone off the list. We’ve made it easier to add multiple clients with our new and improved template – simply go to Connect on your desktop, and click on ‘Clients’ to get started.

Introducing... Best Treatment in Town
We’ve recently launched an initiative called Best Treatment in Town – an exciting new opportunity to stand out for what you do best.
In short, BTT works out the best salon for a given treatment in a given area. We use review scores to figure out which salons are the best in a certain neighbourhood that week for our most popular hair and massage treatments.
Those salons then get a badge (for example, ‘Exceptional for balayage’) displayed on the marketplace on web and app – so customers know they can expect great results from this salon.
The initiative has been rolled in several cities across the UK and Ireland – and it’s coming to more countries in the new year.
Earning the BTT badge is another way to get noticed for your skills and talents – and stand out from your competitors. The scores will be calculated weekly, so the better your reviews, the higher the chance you could be the next Best Treatment in Town!
Edit custom shifts in a few clicks, directly from your Calendar
We’ve recently announced the much-needed Team Rota feature – and we hope you’ve been finding it useful. As always, we’ll continue making it even better as we go – and here’s something you can already get excited about.
You can now edit your team’s custom shifts directly from your Calendar – just click on team member’s non-working hours. A pop up will ask you if you’d like to edit your salon’s opening hours or team member’s work hours – and you can do it easily right there and then.
