No more time blocking – plan and schedule your team’s time more easily
Until now, you had to manually block non-working days in the calendar for each member of your team – and we know it wasn’t very convenient. From now on, you’ll be able to schedule their time on a single page in a few clicks – and see your whole team’s hours in one place to know who’s where and when.
We needed a new home for all this, so there’s a new top menu item – Team. You’ll find your team members in there (moved from Settings) as well as the new Team Rota. Pricing levels are now under your Menu, where they’d always belonged.
In the coming weeks, you'll also be able to create weekly schedules – and we'll roll out a new reporting feature to give you a detailed overview of everyone's hours.

Adding your clients – and their details – to Connect is important if you want to get the full value of your Treatwell partnership. With those details, your clients will receive automatic invites to rebook, marketing campaigns, and appointment reminders – helping you reduce no-shows and get more repeats.
With that in mind, we’ve simplified the process of adding multiple clients so that you can get it done more easily – and have more of them coming back.
