The Connect app is a great way to manage your business on your phone or iPad. We update the app as often as possible to make it faster and more reliable for you. We also regularly add new functionalities for you to enjoy.
In order to make sure the Connect app is reliable and fulfils security standards it does not support outdated operating systems. Because of this starting December 1, 2019, the Connect app will no longer be supported on certain mobile operating systems, namely:
- Android 4.x.
These operating systems are outdated and no longer receive important Google, Apple or security updates, and aren’t compatible with new product functionalities within Connect.
What you need to do
- Update your device to a newer version of OS so that your operating system can support new functionalities and has the right security updates installed to keep your device safe.
- Use a different device which supports the latest OS versions.
Devices that support the Connect app
For iOS users we recommend using any device that supports the latest version of iOS/iPadOS 13.1, including:
- iPad (2017)
- iPad Air 2
- iPhone 7
- Any other later editions
For Android users we recommend any device that can run Android 8 or later.
