Share your reviews with your followers via social media
All team members can now share their stellar reviews on social media in a few easy steps, along with a link for customers to download the app and rebook their favourite treatments (easy for them, commission-free for you). It’s the perfect way to engage new customers and remind loyal clients to rebook you through the app. Simply go to ‘Reviews’ in the Connect app, choose the one you want to post and click ‘Share review’. Introducing ‘Meet the team’ on Treatwell - even more reasons to book you
To give you an even better online representation we are introducing a ‘Meet the team’ section to Treatwell. Customers will now be able to see your team members’ photos, names and reviews when viewing your profile on the Treatwell website. Helping them to make more informed choices and booking you more often.
Letting all your customers know you are bookable on the client app
To help you retain more clients and allow them to book you 24/7 we have added your unique referral link to appointment confirmation emails, allowing clients to keep your venue details handy on their phone. All the appointments you enter manually that include an email and where clients have opted-in to receive marketing emails will include this link.
