Top Rated 2019 is back again this year. Every year we celebrate and reward the partners who are exceptional at providing a perfect experience for customers with extra exposure on Treatwell and an exclusive Top Rated certificate. Below you’ll find the answers to your most-asked questions about Top Rated 2019.
1. How do I become a Top Rated 2019 Partner?
Top. Rated. Two words, one goal - but what does it mean? It’s simple, to get the title of ‘Top Rated 2019’ you’ll need at least 10+ reviews with an overall rating of 4.3 or above by October 31st. 60+ online rebookings must also successfully take place in September and October for you to qualify.
2. What do I get as a Top Rated 2019 Partner?
- A Top Rated 2019 badge on your Treatwell page to help you stand out
- A dedicated awards section on your Treatwell page
- A Top Rated 2019 2019 filter that helps customers to find you easily
- A Top Rated 2019 certificate and sticker
3. How long do I have to reach Top Rated 2019?
You have from September 1st until October 31st 2019 to meet the Top Rated 2019 criteria - so by October 31st you’ll need to have 10+reviews with an overall rating of 4.3 or above and 60+ online rebookings to have taken place to count. During this time, we will send you regular weekly updates so that you can easily keep track of your progress.
4. How can I check how I'm doing on the criteria?
You can easily check in Connect under 'Dashboard' > 'Reviews' for your number of reviews and your average rating. For online rebookings, we'll send you weekly updates via email and directly on Connect.
5. What counts as a successful online rebooking for Top Rated 2019?
We count online rebookings as all successful appointments from customers who come back to your salon - they need to have taken place in September or October (excluding cancellations and no-shows). We count online rebookings as all successful appointments from customers who come back to your salon by booking you via any online channel (this includes the marketplace and your ‘Book Now’ widget).
6. Do cancelled or no-show appointments count?
No, we only count successful appointments that take place in September and October. We look at when the booking takes place not when the booking was made. For example, if a customer books you online in August and the appointment takes place in September, this counts. But if a customer books in October and the appointment takes place in December, this doesn't count.
7. What is a review rating?
Your review rating is the average of the reviews you have received on Treatwell - so the higher reviews you get, the higher your rating. And the older the review, the less weighting it has in calculating your rating. This means that your review is calculated as a fair representation of the experiences customers are having in your salon in present time.
8. How can I improve my review rating?
Encourage your customers to leave a review in person after their appointment – reviews are an important part of becoming Top Rated 2019, but they're also the best way to let customers know just how great you are before they visit.
9. Why are the criteria different to last year?
We always strive to find the best way to identify our Top Rated partners, which is why we adapt the criteria yearly. This year, as there is no better compliment than customers who keep coming back for more, we’ve incorporated online rebookings as one of the main criteria (besides reviews).
10. I'm afraid I won't be able to reach the criteria ( I have been TR before) what should I do?
Our criteria are based on data and insights, which is why we're confident partners are able to reach this. We give you all the tools to get rebooked online, so you can spend more time with customers in-salon and deliver a fantastic customer experience (particularly if you're a sole trader you can spend more time with customers).
11. Will there be a Most Popular like last year?
This year we celebrate all our Top Rated 2019 partners. Therefore, there will be no customer voting period and no awards this year.
