What counts as online rebookings?
We count online rebookings as all successful appointments from customers who come back to your salon by booking you via any online channel (this includes the marketplace and your ‘Book Now’ widget).
In order to count, their appointments need to have successfully taken place in September or October and we are not including cancellations or no-shows. It doesn’t matter when the appointment was made, as long as the date it takes place is between September 1st and October 31st.
