We created your own personal referral link for you to share with clients on social media and email. The best part? Bookings made via this link are automatically considered as repeat customers, meaning you’re not charged any commission. To get this link, go to your marketing tab on Connect and click on “your client app” tab.

1 out of 5 reviews left by customers already include a team member’s name. To make sure the customer experience is always improving, we also add your team members’ names to review footers. When scrolling through your salon’s reviews, future customers will be able to choose that same team member (or any other) when they book with you. Easy to spot. Easy to book.
Plus, our new “verified” icon on reviews proves these were left by real customers, making for a trustworthy and reliable experience.
Showing team member names on your invoice
Do you work with individual chair renters? We’ve added a new page to your invoice that includes the individual names of chair renters/team members, with a breakdown of relevant Treatwell fees. These include both ‘new customer’ commission and the ‘repeat customer’ processing fee, so you have a detailed overview all in one place.
Let team members take control of their profiles
Boost your team’s spirit by giving them ‘manage calendar’ access on Connect. This allows team members to manage their individual profile sections and edit info like their own names, bios and job titles (on both iOS & Android), without you having to do the heavy lifting. It’s just another step towards giving your team responsibility, keeping them aligned and in the loop!
