Every single customer can now manage their orders like a pro
No need for logins, no need for calls; all customers can now view, access and manage their upcoming appointments and rebook their previous orders with you securely online via mobile. Whether your customers are using a TW guest account, full account or they're completely new users, the two of you are connected easily with one another.
POS: a complete revamp of how you checkout
We’ve got exciting news for all you POS users; we’ve simplified the checkout process on iOS by leaps and bounds. From now on, it will be much more user-friendly; you’ll be able to add and remove products, you’ll also have a clearer summary of payment details and your cart/payment screen will be laid out in a way that makes sense. Because we think that simplicity and money matters should go hand in hand!
With that in mind, we’ll now only be displaying appointment fees to employees who have finance permissions enabled on Connect (this is across web, iOS and Android). On another positive note, you’re now also able to check out walk-in appointments with several services all at once (as one appointment) rather than checking out each service appointment individually.
Navigating your menu on the App
We’ve improved the main menu on your Connect App on both Android and iOS, so if you’re an App user (and you probably are - it is 2019, after all), then you’ll be happy to know we’ve created a cleaner, smarter user experience for you. We redesigned the bottom menu (it looks real nice) and we updated the marketing and products tab (this now leads you to products and orders directly).
Top tip: you can set different levels of access to your employees by adjusting permissions on your team settings in Connect.
