The client acquisition report looks at the amount of visitors you're welcoming to your salon for the first time ever over a selected time period (this is regardless of the channel they used to book). The report will also let you see which source they booked through, as well as the stylist/therapist they booked with.
How it works
It’s important to note that the report is only correct when you add customer details to all appointments in Connect, as those without this information won’t be reflected accurately.
You can apply a filter and get the specific data for a selected time period, and choose all or individual employee names from the dropdown list to see how many first-time visitors each acquired.
To make the report even easier to understand, we break down the source through which your first time visitors booked directly on the graph, using different colours to track your widget, marketplace and manually entered appointments.
Fun fact: if you click on channel name beneath the graph - the coloured channels will appear and disappear accordingly depending on those you want to look at.
An example
Say 100 customers walk through your door over a span of a month. Out of these 100 bookings, 60 are returning clients and 40 are clients who have never visited your salon before. Out of these 40 acquired clients, 30 might be widget bookings, 4 manually entered appointments and 6 marketplace appointments. You’ll be able to trace which of your employees were in charge of what number, giving you a really comprehensive overview of what’s going well, and what can be improved.
