The client acquisition report
We brought you sales, we covered retention - now we’re bringing acquisition reports to the table. The acquisition report looks at the amount of visitors you're welcoming to your salon for the first time ever over a specific timeframe, regardless of the channel through which they booked. The report tells you which source these first time visitors booked, as well as the stylist/therapist they booked with.
This interactive, easy-to-read graph uses different colours to break down the channels your first-time customers booked through, be it widget, marketplace, or manually entered appointments in Connect. In essence, it helps you understand how your salon is performing from the perspective of bringing in first-time visitors, helping you define where you should focus your efforts to boost customer acquisition.
The reporting tab gets a sleek upgrade on Connect
We’re improving report navigation on Connect by making the overview of your reports homepage much easier to view and understand. The layout itself is a lot cleaner, meaning you’re able to access your sales reports, client reports, transaction reports and booking lists all from one spot. No hassle, no stress.
Changing the language on the Connect login page
Now you can select the language you like when you log in to Connect, as the selector will allow you to seamlessly switch language to the one you use, making it easier for you to understand Connect, no matter your language.
