Send festive greetings with our new marketing tool
Sending out emails to your customers has never been easier, so why not spread a little festive cheer as you do? Our Festive Wishes campaign will let your customers know you're thinking about them during this special time of year.
We'll have more campaigns coming soon, where you'll be able to update customers about offers, new services and changes in your team. In the meantime, try it out in just a few clicks.
Discounts at checkout: let Connect do the work for you
We have improved the checkout functionality, so you can now add a % discount and Connect will automatically update the order total for you. All you have to do is "Add item", "Apply discount" and "Finish checking out your appointment". Simple.
Stay up to date with our improved notifications
You know how Connect keeps you and your team updated about any appointment changes made by clients or yourself? Well, we've now made it even easier to see new updates by showing a red badge on the activity log and the app when an appointment changes.
Building your online reputation: smarter review requests
Positive reviews are an excellent way of showcasing customer experience. That’s why we send your customers review requests every time they visit your salon, so you and potential new customers can learn about their experience. Plus, we only send them one email and SMS request, even if they had multiple appointments in one day.
Tip: Make sure you add your clients' contact details to your appointments to send review request to customers booking you via the phone
Taking card payments at your salon: give your clients the choice
