Connect e-mail marketing (under the 'Clients' tab) is the best way to stay in touch with your customers. By creating and maintaining your client database in Connect you can securely store the booking history and data of your customers in one place.
You can use Connect e-mail marketing to let your customers know about new treatments you're offering, employees who have joined your team or promotions that you're running. This keeps your customers engaged with your salon and hopefully, they'll make another booking with you as a result.
We've made it easy for you to select a specific group of people to send an email to - just use the filters in the top right-hand corner of the page. Of course, you can also send your entire database an email in one go.
It's worth noting that for a customer to receive your email, they have to have agreed to receive promotional content from you, and also not have received an email from you in the last 14 days.
