Customers want to be able to book 24/7– by installing the widget you’re allowing them to book in easily and out of hours. Plus, you’re giving them more options and ways to book which will also attribute to getting more bookings.
Making the move online
While many customers already book their treatments online, there are many who do not, largely because they aren’t aware of the options available to them. We want to let customers know that they can book online if they want to, as they might find this even easier than their current set up and you’ll have less time answering calls and more time doing what you love!
So great news, we are taking care of that so you don’t have to do anything …
How we do this is simple: we use transactional emails to highlight to customers that it’s possible to book online. Transactional emails are basically the emails that your customers get after they’ve booked with you – their appointment confirmation email to say that their booking is locked in, their reminder email before the appointment and finally the review request email to leave feedback after the visit. Within these, we will then include a banner which gives customers the option to book online next time, linking them through to the widget when they click and making it quick and easy for them.
If for any reason you’d rather opt out of this feature (namely the inclusion of the link to the widget in your transactional emails) you can contact your Account Manager.
