Why should I download the app?
Our Treatwell Connect app puts your diary in your pocket and allows every salon employee to perform their tasks when in the salon or on the go.
- Book, reschedule and check out appointments;
- Read and respond to Treatwell reviews;
- Check client details and booking history;
- Track individual or salon performance.
How do I download the app?
To download the Treatwell Connect app, simply open your camera app in photo mode on your iPhone or iPad and hover over the QR code below.
For Android, click the Google Play button below.
If you are still uncertain, follow these steps:
- Go to the App store or Google Play and search for ‘Treatwell Connect (for salons)’
- A green and blue icon with ‘TW’ should appear alongside ‘Treatwell Connect (for salons)’.
- Click ‘download’ and the app will begin to download on your phone.
How do I log in to Connect?
If you are a salon owner, to log in please use the details provided by your Treatwell Account Manager when signing up.
If you are a member of staff, please ask a responsible person in your salon to create login details for you. You will then receive an email which contains the steps you need to take to set up a password.
If your details don’t work, click ‘Reset your password’ just above the ‘Log in’ button and you’ll receive a link and instructions about resetting your profile.
