During a tax audit, an auditor may request direct access to Treatwell POS.
In such cases, a user account with "tax auditor access" role has to be created; such an account will grant read-only access to Treatwell POS.
To create an account, you will need a new email address, i.e. an email address not yet used in Connect. As for your employees, you can access 'Team' and select the 'Team' tab. There you click on 'Add team member'. Make sure that the team member gets a unique name (e.g. 'Tax Auditor'). Then enter the new e-mail address, choose "tax auditor access" in the "Access to Connect" section" and save.
An email with a confirmation link will be sent to the given email address to verify and set up a password for the account. Afterwards, this new account can be used for login right away.
