Having your phone number, email address and business information updated makes sure your customers can find your salon and get to their appointment on time, helping your day run smoother. These contact details are how customers can reach you directly, should they need to for any rescheduling, cancellations or questions.
To update your contact details:
- Go to ‘Settings’ in Connect.
- Under the ‘Venue details’ tab, you will see your contact information, along with your business name as it appears on Treatwell, the address, map and venue description.
- Add the correct contact information, telephone number, email and website, into the appropriate fields.
- Once everything is correct, click ‘Save’.
If you wish to update which phone number or email address Treatwell uses to notify you about new bookings, you can do so by going to ‘Notifications’ from the left-hand side of the ‘Settings’ menu and heading to the 'Contacting You' tab.
It's worth noting that for bigger changes, such as changing your business name and address, you'll need to reach out to our Team. This is just so we can ensure the information is also updated in our systems.
