Keeping your calendar up to date couldn’t be easier and directly contributes to your onsite reliability, helping to boost your ranking on Treatwell.
To update your calendar:
- Head to your calendar and click on the date and time you wish to update.
- A pop up will appear. At the top, select whether you want to add a new appointment or simply block out the time. Blocking time ensures no Treatwell bookings can be made in those periods.
- If you’re adding an appointment, make sure to include the customer’s details, the treatment booked as well as the duration and price. Then click “save”.
- If you’re adding a block, make sure to include how long it will last, which team members it will apply to and whether you want any repeats. Then click “save”.
If your team work on different days or hours, consider adding repeat blocks to ensure they are always blocked out when not available.
