Occasionally you may be unable to accommodate a particular booking.
To cancel a booking:
- Reach out to the customer using their contact details in Connect and try to reschedule to a slot that suits you both. If however, a cancellation becomes unavoidable, you can:
- Find the booking, either on the right side of the calendar or through the email alert you received.
- Take note of the 8 digit order reference number attached to the booking. This is so our Customer Care Team can assist you as quickly as possible.
- Contact our Customer Care Team. They will then confirm this cancellation with the customer and proceed to cancel it from your calendar.
