Confirming a booking lets us know you are able to accommodate a customer at the time they have requested.
To confirm a new booking:
- Go to your ‘Calendar’ in Connect.
- On the left-hand side, you will see any unconfirmed appointments that need your attention.
- Click on an appointment and, if you are able to accommodate the date and time of the booking, click ‘Confirm’ at the bottom right.
Alternatively, you can confirm any new appointments directly from the email alert you receive. Simply open the email and you will be presented with the option to either confirm or reschedule the booking.
