We've given customers the option to choose how they pay; prepay through Treatwell or pay you directly.
With prepaid bookings, payment is taken the moment a customer makes the appointment through Treatwell. We alert you in the usual way, via email and through the calendar and, after commission is automatically deducted, we send the remainder on your next payment date.
Pay at venue:
With pay at venue bookings, payment is taken directly by you when the customer arrives for their appointment. For any commission due, we simply deduct it from any prepaid amounts due to go to you on your next payment date.
Whether it is prepaid or pay at venue will be clearly stated in your confirmation email, so don’t forget to check whenever you receive a new booking.
