If you do have your own website, here’s how you install the booking widget. We are going to let you know how to set it up on a Wordpress site and Wix. For any other types of website, reach out to your webmaster for help.
- Head to 'Settings' in Connect and click 'Online booking'.
- Go to the 'Booking Widget' tab.
- To add the widget to your website, click 'Setup Instructions', then click the green button to copy the code you need.
- To add the widget to your website, paste the URL code into the backend.

Wordpress
- If you have a Wordpress website, log in to your Wordpress account and select ‘My Site’, in the navigation menu.
- Click the ‘pages’ tab and select the page you want to edit.
- Click into the 'visual' section and type your 'call to action'. This might be 'book now'.
- Highlight the copy and click the link button.
- Paste in the URL from Connect.
- Don’t forget to save your changes!
WIX - Book Now Button
If you'd like to add a button to your website that leads your customers to your booking widget, this is how:
- Before you start, go to Connect and click "View link and setup instructions" under "Sharing the widget link". Click "Copy Link".
- If you have a WIX website, log in to your account, go to the dashboard and click 'Edit Site'.
- You can add the book now button to any page - we'd recommend adding it to each page
- Click the '+' in the vertical toolbar on the left side of the screen
- Click 'Button', choose how you'd like the button to look, and it will add itself to the page. Drag it to your preferred placement
- Click the button, and then the 'Link' option that appears above it
- On the box that appears, pick 'Web Address'
- Paste the link into the box, and make sure "Open in new window" is selected
- Click "Done"
WIX - Embedded Booking Widget
If you'd like to embed your full Treatwell menu and booking process to a page of its own in your website, here's how:
- Before you start, go to Connect and click "Setup Instructions" under the "Embed Widget" section. Click "Copy Code".
- On your WIX website, decide which page you'd like to add the widget to
- Log in to your account, go to the dashboard and click 'Edit Site'.
- Click the '+' in the vertical toolbar on the left side of the screen
- Scroll down and click "More", and then "Add iFrame"
- In the box that opens, paste the string of code that you copied from Connect
- Click "Apply" and you'll see your menu appear in the box
- Resize and position the box clearly on the page
