Your Treatwell review rating is the average of reviews you’ve received, and is a simple way for customers to see how previous clients have rated you. As always with reviews - the higher the better! Venues with an overall rating of 4.5 or above account for a whopping 80% of all bookings on Treatwell.
Obviously excellent customer service is the main factor, and asking for feedback during and after the treatment can help achieve a great review, but the booking experience always helps to support that. If the appointment goes ahead at the agreed time without a hitch then a lot of the hard work’s been done.
Make sure you keep your calendar up to date to ensure customers have the perfect booking and have no cause for complaint before they’ve even been to see you.
