At Treatwell, we help you build your online reputation by automatically sending review requests to all customers who book you online after their appointment has taken place.
It’s possible to send review requests to customers who have booked you offline, provided you’ve entered their email address into their appointment details or updated this in your client list.
To enable this feature:
- Go to ‘ settings’ in Connect
- Click on ‘notifications’
- Tick the box under ‘Build your reputation’
Your customers will receive an email asking them to review their experience after every appointment, and you’ll get more bookings because of it!
