At Treatwell, we help you build your online reputation by automatically sending review requests to all customers who book you via the marketplace after their appointment has taken place.
It’s possible to send review requests to customers who have booked you offline, provided you’ve entered their email address into their appointment details or updated this in your client list, and they've opted into your marketing emails.
To enable this feature:
- Go to ‘Marketing’ in Connect
- Click on ‘Automated Messaging’ on the left
- Click 'Transactional' to view the settings of your transactional emails
- Next to 'Ask for verified reviews', click 'Enable'.
Your customers will receive an email asking them to review their experience after every appointment, and you’ll get more bookings because of it!
