Your Treatwell review rating is the average of reviews you've received, and is a simple way for customers to see how previous clients have rated you. As always with reviews - the higher the better!
Venues with an overall rating of 4.5 or above account for a whopping 80% of all bookings on Treatwell. Of course, this is an average. Once in a blue moon, a client is likely to leave a less than sparkling rating. Not to worry though - reviews are always subjective and getting the odd less than perfect review won't affect you negatively; it actually makes sure your reviews look genuine. If you ever feel a review is unjust and breaches our community guidelines, then you can report it for investigation. If it's fair, we always recommend leaving a positive comment to show our community you care.
Reaching 4.5 and above
Obviously excellent customer service is the main factor, but the booking experience always helps to support that. If the appointment goes ahead at the agreed time without a hitch then a lot of the hard work's been done. Make sure you keep the Calendar up to date to ensure customers have the perfect booking and have no cause for complaint before they've even been to see you.
To help achieve a great review, asking for feedback during and after the treatment always works. The customer has chance then to note anything, and will feel that their opinion counts.
When any customer leaves your venue, and you know they've been happy with their experience, why not ask them to leave you a review which will help other customers choose your venue over another.
