The Treatwell Store allows you to buy products for your salon at a great price, in the quantities you really need and with a 72-hour delivery service.
The blind is integrated into the management system and can be accessed in two ways:
- Click on the "Store" button in the top bar of the Diary ;
Within this section, you can type the name of the product you wish to buy directly onto the "Search for a product" bar, then click on the corresponding result. For each product, both the list price and the corresponding discount price will be shown.
On the product sheet, select the options you need (quantity, format, variants, etc.) and click on "Add to basket".
If you're not looking for specific products, you can carry out a broader search by browsing the different sections of the shop: you can, for example, discover the latest arrivals on the store, the products suggested for you or refine your search according to a specific brand or area of use.
Once all the products have been added to the order, click on the "Basket" icon to view it. This way, you can always decide to delete a product or change the quantities. Then click on "Finalise order" to continue.
Before proceeding with payment, the system will recommend additional products that may be of interest to you, so that you can quickly add them to your order. Continue by clicking on "Continue to payment".
In the final step, you will need to enter
- The delivery address (make sure it is correct, as it will no longer be possible to change it after this stage);
- The payment method ;
- The country of origin.
If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the dedicated bar and click on "Confirm" to apply it to the total. Finally, click on the "Confirm order" button.
A confirmation email will inform you that the order has been processed. You will then receive notifications of the dispatch and arrival of the order.
In the dispatch confirmation email, you'll find a link that will allow you to track your order: you'll always know where your parcel is and you'll be kept informed of the delivery date.
